Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have Celiac diseases I can’t eat Gluten. Gluten free is not a diet to loose weight or eat healthy. In my case Gluten free means I get to live. Cross contamination it’s a big deal in my case. I can’t eat anywhere. Basically I only eat chipotle when I eat out. It is very scary every time I have to eat out sometimes I rather wait to get home even if I feel like I’m going to faint because I haven’t had anything to eat. Touching that tortilla and then handling my bowl can really get me in trouble. That’s why I have to ask to change gloves use new untouched cheese and if possible new utensils.. it is a hassle and I feel horrible every time I have to hold the line.. Almost every time I go to chipotle workers are very understanding and helpful, for that I have to say thank you so much I am so great full. That can be the difference between Getting something to eat or my immune system attacking me. Thanks to all the ones who help people with allergies.

Celiac friendly. When you tell them that you have an allergy, they will wash hands, change gloves and go through the entire line with the same person to avoid cross contamination.
