First, the line was filthy, but we had been driving for 6 hours and were starving. I hesitantly asked for two bowls, Gluten-Free for Celiac. He had no idea what to do, so I asked him to wash his hands and called over the shift leader. The shift leader said, "Everything here has gluten in it. Wait, what's gluten?" Knowing this was not going well, we started to walk out when the shift leader confrontationally stated yelling at us... 😳

Great option for people have gluten sensitivity. One just needs to tell them, requirements before ordering. Rice with Salad is amazing.
