This is a wonderful Chipotle location one of my favorite in the Greater Boston area. The staff are what make the difference at this location they are always smiling and are a pleasure to interact with. They are wonderfully trained in terms of allergen awareness, and they make it so easy for me to get a gluten-free meal. At the mention of a food allergy they wash down the whole line, apply fresh gloves, and be sure to use salsa, lettuce, and guacamole that is fresh and hasn't been cross-contaminated by flour tortillas. It means so much for me to trust the food I'm eating, as many establishments do not truly understand what it means to be gluten free. Thank you Chipotle Dedham!!!
