As someone who is gluten intolerant I really appreciate that the staff is willing to change gloves, swap out spoons, and use new tubs of ingredients to avoid cross contamination. I'm not able to eat at most places due to the lack of gluten free options but I appreciate the effort they make to ensure I am able to eat here
