I went Springfield store about a week ago. Had to call Decatur store to get the boss number cus the mngr on staff literally refused to accommodate me being gluten free..
So today here I am and this time it’s online only.. make up my mind!
But I was supper happy to seenJordan working in Springfield because he always always makes sure I get what I ask for and how I ask for it!!

Food is always good during busy times, during mid afternoon rice is chewy. They are always willing to change gloves for me since I have to be gluten free. Tables are never clean, I don't think I have ever seen anyone cleaning the lobby.
