Chipotle Mexican Grill

Pretty awful experience for someone with food allergies. The staff ignored us when we first walked up to order, as the only people in line. Then when they finally decided to take our order, I told them I am sensitive to gluten and could they please change their gloves before touching the inside of my bowl since they’d just touched a flour tortilla. Several staff members just stared at me and started talking amongst themselves and side eyeing me, then told me I could have rice and sofritas… when I already know everything is gluten free but the tortillas. I told them again that all I was asking was for the gloves to be changed so I don’t get gluten cross contamination and get sick. The first employee just stared at me and eventually changed her gloves while giving off attitude. Despite her being a part of the conversation about gluten and gloves, the second employee rolled the burrito of my brother ahead of me and then quickly grabbed my food - seeming like she intentionally grabbed it quickly so I couldn’t remind her to change her gloves, like I’d asked just a few seconds before. I’ve never dealt with such rude employees, even before I brought up my gluten sensitivity. And it sucks since there’s already very few places I can eat out at because of my issues with gluten.
