Awesome food, friendly staff, clean facility. They're also really good about being careful for folks who CAN'T eat gluten (like me, with celiac disease :-) )

Wallingford site did everything right. I walked in saying I have allergy, Celiac. Without any fuss changed gloves, wiped down counters and gave cheese from a separate container. Will return knowing the staff was trained AND friendly takkng care of my meal.
