I have celiac disease and can't have wheat. They went right to work cleaning surfaces, changing serving spoons, and used gloves. We're obviously trained. No deep sighs. No annoyance. Happy to serve. You don't get that usually at other places. They were so nice about my allergy. How refreshing! Some don't even know what it is and don't care, but they did. Great job!
