As a picky vegan, that’s my fast food chain of choice number 1. They have adapted to many diets, and you have good menu options to choose from, and as base to add/remove and build your own. Love the two options of beans and rice, the veggies, the salsas from mild to hot (not the Mexican hottness, I guess 😹), and the vegan sofritos, even though, it’s not gluten- nor soy free. A pea protein base, soy- and gluten free would be a nice addition for their profits. Soy, gluten and dairy intolerant group is a growing market to tap in! 😋🤤😻
