Like most (but not all) chipotles, this one keeps rice, chicken (sometimes steak), cheese, lettuce, corn, etc. in the back that hasn’t been contaminated. Ask before you order and they are happy to serve you from the back. Note: the beans (both red and black) and hot salsa have been suspect for gluten Note: salads and bowls are gluten free, anything utilizing tortillas are not (e.g, tacos, quesadillas, etc.), the chips are also not free from cross.

Best experience! My daughter has a gluten allergy and the staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure everything was happening without contamination. They gave us an allergen menu to take home, the gentleman that assisted us even came over to make sure everything was good (literally came from around the counter and to our table), and a manager came over to make sure everything was as needed. He even gave us coupons. We live 30 minutes away and will defiantly be coming out of our way anytime we want chipotle! Thank you so much!
