Great spot for lunch; friendly, welcoming staff, food was excellent. Lovely location, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Come here if you are hungry, servings are very generous!! Menu caters for everyone including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

Recently my self & friends came to the country club for lunch . My friend is a coeliac GF . She ordered from the menu stating that the beef& prawn pasta was GF . Within a hour she was at home constantly vomiting and in absolute stomach pain . When she was feeling well enough she called the county club to state what had happened, and was informed someone would be in contact with her but didn’t so she phoned again the next day ,to be told the manager was not there perhaps to avoid the situation. When my friend was called they explained that the chef had used none GF pasta so it’s now been removed from the menu . Well unfortunately it’s to late for my friend . It’s a mistake that should not have happened and her main concern is for all the other people that suffer from coeliac disease. We have decided we will no longer eat their again . She has asked me to post this on her behalf. Extremely disappointed and not happy with the customer service also . Most unhappy.
