Gluten free clearly marked on menu. Waiter said he had informed chef and my dish would be prepared separately. Food was beautiful and plentiful and very reasonably priced. All staff knowledgeable and polite , was even asked if my allergy required an epi pen incase they were needing to Administrator. 1st time having a Chinese in 15 years .
