Chocolate and Love Cafe

Lovely gem in Mississauga! They have an abundance of quality chocolates, pastries, beverages, and lots of items for gifting. The hot chocolate and the lemon iced tea were delicious. The staff are attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and there are also a few board games and activities for people to use while in the cafe. I gave 4 stars because although there were good vegan and gluten-friendly options, it would be nice to see more, particularly for the non-dessert and lunch options menu items. An easy fix could be gluten-free sandwich buns for instance or an alternative to Cesar salad. That being said, I look forward to visiting again!

A nice boardgame cave with a chocolatey spin to it. We tried the orange and peppermint hot chocolate. I enjoyed the orange, peppermint wasn't to my liking. Marshmallows are Dandies brand (gluten free, vegan). I like that they have lactose free milk as an option. I think it could be better if the hot chocolate wasn't plain by default. No marshmallows, whip cream, chocolate shavings, crushed candy, cinnamon stick, or anything else included. Some of their chocolate options were not in stock (eg. Sea salt & caramel). Their promotion of buy one get one half price only applies to pomegranate for some reason.

The place is very instagrammable. A great place for hang outs with friends and family. They offer gluten free and vegan options. The chocolate in our almond cake was so decadent and rich. They also offer non chocolate items like pistachio and pumpkin pies. They also have coffee and Matcha, which I really enjoyed. A definite must try is their hot chocolate drink! The servers were nice. They always smile and greet everyone. They also explain the dishes. Beside the shelves were group and board games which you and your friends can enjoy!
