Impromptu stop for lunch. First visit and enjoyed every bite. I was looking for Gluten-free and chose the Pork Carnitas Rice Noodle. I was not disappointed! The hot sauce and spicy flavor was just right for me! My SO had the French Dip Sandwich. I dipped one of the tasty parmasean fries in the au jus. Great flavor. A lot of menu items are sous vide!

It was good fast casual. I had the short rib and my wife had the salmon. We shared the brussel sprouts. They offer many gluten-free and dairy-free options. Overall we enjoyed the meal and would recommend it as an affordable/fast eatery.
