Chop Steakhouse & Bar

Our family of 6 had a nightmare westjet flights ended up at the sandman signature for two days of waiting to get to our beach vacation. Had two amazing meals at Chop with Tanveer as our server. We had the best service and meal!! We were all looked after so well, keeping the kids smiling, really helped made a tough few days lovely. There was another lovely gal there we got hugs at the end of our meal but not her name. Thank you both so much for being a light when we needed it. Oh and we had gluten allergies for the majority of the table, everyone ate very well and safe.

Food was very good. The smoked ribeye was fantastic. The cocktails were actually interesting and delicious. I think what left us speechless was the service. Our server Frank was attentive, kind and went above and beyond. We came in for an anniversary dinner and Frank and managers made us feel extra special with a card to say happy anniversary and selection of desserts that were all gluten free. It’s been a while since someone truly delivered above and beyond customer service. Thank you to the whole team!
