Awesome food with lots of gluten free options!

Chopsticks is hands-down the best Chinese food in Lincoln, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve tried just about every Chinese restaurant in town, and nothing beats the flavor, consistency, and quality of the food here. Their menu has a ton of great options, but the real standout for me is the peanut butter chicken—it’s unbelievably good. The sauce is rich, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor, and the breading is always fried to the right amount of crisp. It’s one of those dishes you think about long after the meal is over. Their lo mein is also the best I’ve found in Lincoln—never too greasy, with the perfect texture and delicious flavor. On top of the great food, Chopsticks is incredibly accommodating for those with dietary restrictions. My wife is gluten-free, and they offer gluten-free options for many main dishes, their fried rice, and even gluten-free soy sauce, which is a rare and appreciated touch. One thing to note: the dine-in area is pretty small, and because they’re so popular, there’s often a wait time to get food. If you plan to eat there, it’s a good idea to call ahead or order in advance, especially during peak hours. That said, it’s 100% worth the wait. If you’re looking for top-tier Chinese food with amazing service and options for everyone, Chopsticks is the place.

Gluten free dairy free allergy friendly, they even have gluten free egg rolls! What?! Very good Chinese takeout.
