I was preparing myself for horrible service based on the reviews, however everyone was great! I was immediately greeted and the woman working on salads and the cashier was very helpful with my indecisiveness. She was latina, mid-range age, brown hair, and had a singsong voice.
I got the chicken soup and built my own salad. I'm not a soup person but it was great. The soup is gluten free. For those with a low spice tolerance it has a kick. It's definitely salty but it is good. Salad was good. The dressings are all distinctly different. I recommend for those with allergies to go on their website. Chopt is one of the few restaurants I've experienced with the nutritional information easily accessible on their homepage.
