We purchased a gluten free carrot cake which was absolutely delicious. The cake was moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. Many gluten free products can be grainy, too sweet, or with wrong consistency. The best part of Christine’s cake was that it was undetectable as to being gluten free and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Many thanks! ❣️😋
