I love this store & frankly, don't know what I'd do without it! The employees are knowledgeable, helpful & accessible. Always eager to help. Nick is one of the employees & is the reason that I even went back a second time. He's always up for conversation & knows his stuff. I now look forward to stopping in a few times a month. I'm vegan & also require gluten free products...they have plenty of options & I'm always discovering something new! I can't wait to go to the salt cave next month & the fresh salads & smoothies are always a treat!

A ton of great options, weather it's keto, Paleo, vegan, gluten-free, they will probably have what you're looking for. Also has a great selection of supplements, make sure you go see Richard if you need the right stuff. The cafe serves some great organic chicken salad and vegan/low-carb desserts. Staff is nice and helpful.
