Pulled pork had great flavor and paired well with the mild sauce. The bark was not crispy so even when mixing the meat with the skin everything was one texture. Green beans previously had a lot of black pepper and big chunks of bacon. Today there was very little black pepper and the bacon was more the size of bacon bits. This change was great for sharing with my toddler but wasn't what I expected. Baked potato was tender and HOT! I order line with butter only (no sour cream) and the whole thing is salty, a little sweet from the butter and has a creamy texture. I prefer to contrast my bbq with lemonade. The sourness of the lemonade really highlights the flavors of the pork, sauce and sides. The breakfast menu is no longer labeled with GF (gluten free) symbols. The lunch/dinner menu does have the labels. The wait staff are knowledgeable and everyone at Chuck's takes food allergies seriously.

Food is decent, Ribs used to be very good, they have lost their touch with the Ribs, this restaurant has gone through several changes over the last few years, menu is more of a Tex-Mex style, the service is lacking and has also gone through a very rough patch, can't seem to get good service. Almost all there food has a lot of breading to it. Portions are a good size with a nice variety of side orders, they have a very good Gluten Free menu selection, recently renovated outdoor patio and parking available.
