The brisket is gluten free and halal. They weren't as knowledgeable as I would have liked on food ingredients, but they were very friendly and willing to work with us on food allergies and went in the back to look up labels and such so that is pretty good. If they had an allergy book and knew what was in all the menu items I would give them 5 stars.
