I’ve been to Chuck’s a handful of times before this experience and enjoyed it every time, and last night especially stood out in my mind. I was diagnosed celiac a little over a week ago, and this was my first time eating at a restaurant while being 100% gluten free. I informed the waitress ahead of time, and she was able to answer all of my menu questions and genuinely wanted to make sure I was able to find something I could eat. When my food arrived, the other waitress dropping it off made it a point to tell me they made sure to personally ensure that no wheat products came near my food. Everyone was very accommodating and I am so grateful that the staff made my first gluten-free restaurant experience an easy and painless one. I will 100% be returning in the future.
