Chula Taberna Mexicana

Love this place! My favorite tacos in the city and they have good beer and brunch. Staff are all great, fair prices and it’s easy to find parking. Suitable for gluten and dairy free. We recently moved out of downtown but always stop by whenever we make the trip. Please bring back the gluten free brunch huevos rancheros!

We went here with a group of friends over the summer - forgot to post this earlier - I reached out via email the day before as my wife has celiac and is very sensitive to cross contamination. Adam emailed me back ver quickly with a list of gluten free and celiac safe menu items. He mentioned the guac and salsa is gluten free but the chips are friend in a shared frier but offered alternatives. The cook ended up baking a batch of tortilla chips for my wife which was above and beyond. We had a great experience that service was amazing right when we walked in they told us they knew about my wife’s celiac and will take extra care. They made sure to bring her everything first and separate from all the gluten food. Great patio, great food and great service - will definitely be going back Thanks a lot for taking the extra care Adam and Team
