Chumanchu is the best! A local favourite that always delivers fresh and amazing Vietnamese. Really great gluten free options and very family friendly vibes. Had the beef pho and it honestly blew me away, can’t wait to have it again

Dinner for 5 booked, place was full, was told short on waiters ( 3 waiters trying hard to keep up completely overwhelmed). I understand this but why keep on accepting walk in dinners when you are short on staff and cannot keep up and ruin your reputation? Been many times but tonight was a total disaster. Missed entrees, no plates or spoons for everyone on table ,service non existent.Waiters just dropped food on table and left because they were under pressure, no chance to order drinks or extra sides.Had to get up multiple times and ask for water, spoons ,etc .Missed drink orders . Requested entrees to arrive at same time so they could be shared, they came out one at a time over the next 30 minutes. Mains arrive 25 minutes apart . Laksa overly spicy, massaman too sweet ,one person on our table ordered gluten free Laksa and order was mixed up. This person later had a reaction. Everything that could of gone wrong did. Very, very disappointing when you spend nearly $250. After visiting this place many times over the years we will not comming back or recommending
