We took our 5 year old daughter that has Coeliac disease as I was told they "take it very seriously". We ordered soup and two portions of king prawns for starters off the menu which stated these were "suitable for Coeliac". One portion of king prawns arrived and my daughter started eating straight away. When the other portion didn't arrive, I questioned this with the waiter who told me that the "gluten free one would be out shortly" I told him that both were ordered from the Coeliac menu and we had explained that my daughter had coeliac when we made the order. No-one seemed to care that my daughter had just been served (and ate) a meal containing gluten. A few different waiters came over and were quite patronising (one lady even stroked her hair and said "are you ok? Sorry about that" I will definitely not be going there again!
