Wow, just had their beef pad see-ew and really impressed. Noodle texture 11 out of 10, best I've had in years.
Mushrooms, capsicum and a little bit of greens were a nice inclusion.
Only thing could be improved - perhaps cook the beef a little less as it was tough and a bit dry. Would also love to see some more flavourful aromatics like ginger or herbs etc to lift the flavour.
Spoke to the staff for a while - their kitchen is MSG-free and most (or all?) of their sauces are gluten-free.
I'll be back to try more !
