The mushroom omelette was fantastic! The eggs were fluffy and the mushrooms were seasoned really well. They allowed me to adjust the sides to accommodate my nightshade and gluten allergies to get salad and fruit instead. Coffee was good too! This is a really cool location worth checking out because of the church location and the art inside. And it looked like they can accommodate large groups too.

The shrimp and grits were amazing! My friend had the fried chicken sandwich, and she loved it. They gave us gluten-free scones to try, and they were also delicious. I'd definitely recommend Church and Union! We were able to sit at the bar, with no wait. However, it filled up fast, so I'd make a reservation next time.

Such a beautiful historic venue with unique modern details. Sam was our server, and he did amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and he made substitution suggestions without me even asking for them. The pricing is amazing for brunch as well. Absolutely make a reservation to ensure you can enjoy this Charleston gem.
