This lively Tex-Mex spot offers a fun atmosphere with a reputation for authentic flavors. However, gluten-free diners may find the gluten-free options confusing due to unclear menu information and inconsistent service, which can affect the overall experience.

Catering - I loved doing business with Pam, the general manager at Chuys, she was very friendly, informative and professional, and overall easy to work with. We had a party with 200 guests. Pam worked with me, she even met me at the venue to see how to set up and suggested what was best to order for our party needs. She suggested a mix of the Fajita Bar Combo and the Peace, Love & Enchiladas packages. With the Fajita Bar we went with the Big Daddio option, it came with all the works, tortillas, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, Pico, rice and beans and more. They were able to make the order to accommodate about 20 of the guests to have Gluten Free options. With the Fajita bar, guests could build their own fajitas with their likes and dislikes, and it came with the works! With the Peace and Love Enchiladas, we decided to go with cheese enchiladas as this worked well if you did not want meat. It also came with a lot of chips & salsa and sauces that we were able to make a separate table as an appetizer bar. We got so many compliments from the guests on how wonderful the food was, and how it was such a great idea to have the fajita bar and enchiladas for catering. It was not only delicious, but it also provided options for everyone’s dietary needs. I would highly recommend Chuys for your catering needs; they went above and beyond.

Mehh... that's how I'll describe my experience. 3 of us went and none of us liked our food. I got the chicken fajita burrito. More like a big salty bean burrito with chewy chicken. I got the queso on top instead of salsa. Didnt taste good. It reminds me of a burrito I half a** try to make the next day with all the left over beans and rice I take home. My gf got fish tacos and they were straight up fish. Idk.. maybe someone else would like them. We were pretty bummed. The manager was super nice and let us try all their sauces before we ordered and explained a lot ot my sister who cant have gluten. Maybe we went on an off night. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things. Just weird that all 3 of us didnt like it. I'll probably stick to fuzzys and on the boarder if I want this style food or even the family mexican restaurants.
