Stopped here for lunch. I asked about corn tortillas. My waitress asked if it was for gluten free. Explained the could do anything with a corn tortilla. The Mexican rice would be cross contaminated as well as anything fried. She offered a double portion of beans. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lindsay and Stephen are the best servers at this location! They are both friendly, fast, and accommodating.The jalapeño ranch dip is DELISH! Chuy’s also has a few gluten free options that are fabulous. Love eating at this restaurant, especially this location.
