Have eaten at Chuy’s several times and have never gotten sick. Chips have a dedicated fryer which is a nice treat. Multiple options to mix and match with - I order the chicken boom boom enchiladas and it’s always delicious. Fajitas are not gluten free here but still enough options to keep you happy!

Completely yummy food. Enjoyed the gluten free Taco. Our server was supportive of our dietary limitations, knowledgeable of the ingredients, and suggested just the right options. Excellent. I really enjoyed the experience.
