-Pizzas were almost cold upon delivery
-Pizzas were clearly dropped or put on their sides, all toppings and sauce had shifted to one side and were all over the box
- pizzas were not sliced
- no knife, napkins (even though requested), or slicer
- pizza crusts were stuck to the serving plate
- not good quality gluten free crusts
- no anchovies on pizza that is supposed to have anchovies
