Ciao Mambo

Loved it here, staff was kind and knowledgeable about what gluten is, and reassured that it was cooked separately. There were lots of options for GF foods clearly labled on the menu. The food is very, very good and comes in large portions. The staff notified us when putting in our order that food takes a little longer to get, because it's all made fresh in the kitchen, I personally didn't think it was much longer waiting time than anywhere else I've been before. The waitress did say that since the food is made to order you can also modify the dish and leave things out or substitute if that's something you like.

The food was very tasty and there were big portions. The pasta may have needed to drain more before the sauce was added but the gluten free pasta was done al dente. I had cannoli for the first time and it also was very tasty but my husband said they were supposed to be flaky which these were not. Overall the service was excellent and the servers all friendly with smiles on their faces. Will go here again and try more of their menu in the future.
