This was my 1st visit to your restaurant. The food was tasty. I requested gluten-free pasta in my food but the pasta wasn't cooked enough. It appeared to me, the food might have been recooked with the pasta in it but the pasta was still uncooked properly and not tender. I cook GF pasta often. It's easy to cook properly but should be tender like the regular wheat pasta's.
