I’ve eaten here 2 times while visiting my Gator! Both times were amazing and they took special care to not cross contaminate my tacos. I’m a celiac and didn’t even get a hint of a reaction.

This is my first time ordering from Cilantros food truck at it was a hit! I told the cashier that I had a bad gluten allergy and she said she'd take care of it. She told the cook about my allergies and he told me that what I ordered wasn't gluten free and recommended I get the carnita bowl. The meat was so tender, juicy, and tasty! The bowl was huge so I was stuffed. Thanks to Nate, Sophia, and Ashley (I hope I got their names right!)
