Oh my goodness Cinghiale you have danced your way into our hearts. I have celiac disease and i miss eating italian so much - as i grew up in an italian household. To start, we were brought a wonderful appetizer of Salami Calabrese and La tur (creamy goat cheese). Absolutely outstanding and i am extremely picky. Lastly, we enjoyed our gluten free pasta and glasses of Montepulciano . Ate every last bite - perfect portions. Brittany, our server brought us the mango sorbet. It was as incredible as she described. Brittany was welcoming, informational, and delightful all around. Will be coming back to enjoy more conversations with her along with the calming ambiance and gluten free options for myself. Thank you Cinghiale!

I had a great experience here! Delicious gluten free pasta and they brought gluten free bread out to start!
