Cinnaholic

STOP!!! If you have allergies to gluten or dairy, this cinnabon type bakery gives you a huge variety of options! For me, I first tried Cinnaholic in Toronto in 2019, and as recent as June, I had it again in Dallas. I saw them in Coral Springs and stopped here with my wife, and my son is a must! They're worth the value, the cinnamon rolls are pillowy soft, the sweet cream and ingredients are high quality and I'm so relieved that I dont have any branches where I live else I think I'll be broke haha.

I called to ask if they have Gluten Free buns, considering they do serve an all vegan menu. The person who answered the phone, at around 1:30 pm on Saturday 5/28, was rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable on any questions I asked! He told me there is no eggs (duh..) and he told me doesn’t know what gluten is. You work in a bakery, that sells Cinnabons!!! At the end, after all the rudeness within 5 min, I asked for the name and he hang up on me! When I called back he picked up and hang up again! Unacceptable and just terrible! The sad part is that I’ve met the new owner and she is a very pleasant woman to talk to, caring and it looks like she is very passionate about her business! It’s sad that an employee like that, can make the whole business suffer!
