Cintrón - A Floribbean Restaurant

Came here for dinner on a Thursday night after loving their other restaurant Nopal. We sat outside and it was so pleasant out and I really enjoyed the outdoor dining. Our waiter was great and informative. They do not have gluten free options marked on the menu, but he easily let me know what was GF or what could be modified. I was sad that they only had flour tortillas as their tacos sounded really good. I went with one of the salad bowls that came with ancho chicken, brussel sprouts, pumpkin seeds, avocado, queso fresca, and corn. It was delicious and fresh but my chicken was very overcooked which was disappointing. However everything else was good and the service was great.

The staff is fantastic and the food is wonderful. I've been going here for years and years and I'm always happy with it. This is a great choice for vegetarians or mixed veggie/not veggie parties, and for gluten free. The waiters Shawn and Dylan are especially good.
