When we searched Google it came up that here was Gluten free pizza in the food court in Dubai mall, but when we got to the counter, the server said there is gluten contamination, as it is made and baked in same preparation areas & ovens. This is absolutely pointless for a person who needs ZERO gluten in their diet. *Disclaimer: Although our gluten-free dough and menu items are made and cooked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, they are prepared in the same facility and ovens as our regular pizzas. We cannot guarantee that our pizzas and other menu items are 100% free of gluten as there is always a possibility of trace amounts crossing over from other kitchen areas please consider this when ordering from our menu.
