Il Ciro in Sachsenhausen, located on a side street on the Main next to the Sachsenhausen Hospital, is a real asset to the area. The restaurant not only offers delicious coffee, but also fresh cakes and sandwiches every morning. My experience with gluten free pasta and the Ciro Insalata was excellent. The ambience is pleasantly decorated with plants and art pictures and when the weather is nice you can also sit outside on the terrace. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Reservations via the website are straightforward and clear.
