I ordered for my girlfriend since she was gluten intolerant, I asked if they could remove an ingredient from the sandwich. but they told me they couldn't remove the cucumber she was allergic to. we had to leave because there was no choice. I turned to the cashier politely and simply said that I don't think he said to add another product to the sandwich, but simply to remove it.
