Food is great, service is terrible. I called in this morning to ask if their cookie butter is gluten free, the woman who answered the phone lied and said it was. She then proceeded to say she was too busy to answer anymore questions and that if I wanted to order something I could do so online. The tone of frustration was entirely uncalled for, I asked one question and was clearly being a huge bother for it. When I arrived to pick up my order, there were several people working. I understand that I called during a peak business hour, but the way she handled the conversation was extremely rude. A few hours later, I am stuck in the bathroom because the cookie butter did, in fact, contain gluten. My fault for calling in to inquire about this prior to placing my order and believing the answer I was given. Won't happen again.
