City Silo Table + Pantry (Germantown)

When my husband and I visited Memphis, I tried this place after hearing about it on TikTok. What drew me in was "they make juices, have vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options..." say less! This was a really nice, clean looking place and it's an option I would have when I visit. Memphis food had really disappointed me prior to this. This place helps me eat as I do at home without feeling guilty for eating what I shouldn't. I don't think the juice is made to order, but it was good. I also tried the Jam Session without blueberries 🫐 and the sweet potato hash. The Jam Session was good, although they accidentally left off my Sprouts. I looked forward to those! The hash seemed to have more bell peppers and onions than sweet potatoes. It was okay. I liked the atmosphere of the place and the order taker was really kind and helpful. I really appreciated her, although I didn't get her name. I'll return when I'm back in Memphis. *Out of respect to the other customers, I have covered their faces in my photos as they enjoyed their time.*

Today my husband and I tried the Germantown location for the very first time. We both enjoyed our lunch to the fullest..I ordered the Silo burger (Black bean) and he ordered the Memphis Chick sandwich. I loved the fact that I could get a Gluten free Vegan bun. Both orders came with a side salad with a delicious citrus vinaigrette dressing. 10 out of 10! There were so many vegan/vegetarian options for me. Great healthy eating all while tasting so good!! We decided to sit outside on the on the patio because of the nice weather! Definitely will be returning soon!

As someone with dietary restrictions, this restaurant keeps me alive while I’m in town. It’s hard to live out of hotels being vegan/gluten free. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner here when I’m in the area. Very thankful for this restaurant (and other location)
