Nice place, usually good food and service.
They tout that all their meats are gluten-free BUT they the pork belly burnt ends ARE NOT. I MENTION CELIAC AND A GLOVE CHANGE AT THE REGISTER AND THEY DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE PORK BELLY.
I WAS ALMOST DONE WITH 1LB OF PORK BELLY AND IT HAD A CRINCH THAT MADE ME WONDER. WHEN I ASKED HOW THEY COOK IT IF IT WAS FRIED THE GUY SAID YES. SMOKED 1ST THEN FRIED IN THE SHARED FRYER. 😡😡😡😡🤢🤮
