City Market is the major supermarket in Moab, Utah (there is a second biggest as well - but that's it) and Moab expands yearly from their 5000 locals to 3-5 MILLION. I have seen over the years how CM has done it's best to keep up it's stock catering to the dietary habits of all those people (from water, an essential here, to gluten free, lactose free, etc). During the Covid pandemic it was even rumored how the manager kept the local restaurants afloat by catoring employee lunches when there was little to no tourists. That said, I still find City Market to be the go-to supermarket in Moab as I generally find what I am looking for at a decent price!

Very nice market they seem to have everything you need lotta gluten free bread. Because of the area that you're in everything is a little bit more expensive.
