10/10 experience! Even for someone allergic to gluten. Loved the vibe. Went in on a Saturday night and got a table at the bar but didn’t feel like that took away from the experience. Friendly staff and the chef even comes out to deliver your food which is such a great touch, especially being celiac bc he assured us that the food was safe. My husband and i shared the ribeye and salmon, then a side of spinach and mashed potatoes. The sauce for the salmon was made with cornstarch. Chef even said if we had gotten the french fries, the fryer is gf safe!
