I have been to the restaurant several times and ordered takeout. I order the gluten-free pizza and I always tell them not to cut it, because they use the cutter they use to cut gluten-free pizzas and I prefer to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. But even if I repeat it 3 times, they always end up cutting the pizza. I think they have comprehension problems, because I don't really understand it...

It was one of our first discoveries of gluten-free pizzas. We have been several times and they have expanded the premises. We didn't like the pizza as much as other times although the dessert (Chocolate Coulant) is spectacular.
Next time we will order a different pizza to see if the carbonara was not like other times.
