Great location, really easy to find. There was a bit of a mix up with the room as originally I requested a walk in shower as my friend is disabled and unable to climb into a bath, I checked this with Reception on check in and this was not in place, however the girl on Reception sorted this out immediately for us with no fuss. It was so good to see gluten and dairy free options at breakfast too. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, I'd definitely stay here again.

Reception staff were great. My wife is celiac so we were told they can cater for this. The stay was ruined by cross contamination which the cook couldn't understand. The last morning he told us he had no gluten free bacon. Any idiot knows bacon doesn't contain wheat!! My wife had to do without breakfast as we couldn't trust his lack of knowledge as she had been poorly after the first day. The whole stay ruined by one person's incompetence!
