I love going here to get teas (they have a massive variety) and specialty health foods. They have an amazing selection of probiotics, protein powders, and vitamin/herb supplements. You can get most regular groceries here as well, including dry goods, dairy, meat, and produce, but they will be quite a bit more expensive than other grocery stores. This is also a great place to find diet-specific foods and alternatives (such as gluten-free, sugar-free, whole30, etc.)
