I ordered a gluten-free pizza and when ordering, I asked the waiter to tell the chef that only a few toppings would be added to my pizza, because the gluten-free base is already smaller than regular pizza bases, and I didn't want to eat the so-called "soggy pizza".
My request was ignored, instead a pizza was served with toppings 1.5 cm thick. When I pointed this out at length,
when I paid the bill to the slender male waiter, he got upset about it, and didn't believe my feedback but started blaming me, i.e. the customer, even though he saw from the remaining pizza that I was telling the truth. Earlier, while taking away the rest of the pizza, he himself stated that it was quite a thick pizza. In the end, he left the place sulking and didn't want to discuss the whole thing anymore. I'm used to doing business elsewhere that the customer's feedback is valued and that it is received matter-of-factly. This did not happen now. My final conclusion is that the customer's wishes are not taken into account in that place. The phrase "Welcome again" was also removed after my feedback.
