Stopped by for lunch, but my wife was concerned about cross contamination concerning Celiac's disease. Waite person Aoife was very concerned and understanding. She assured us that everything would be OK. Then the icing on the cake, the chef himself ( Franklin Becker from Top Chef fame )came over to us and told us about how knowledgeable he was about Celiac's Disease. It was a pleasure meeting him and eating at Claudio's. We will certainly be back. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.
